Welcome Visitors

Our Sunday Services begin at 10:30 a.m. and end at noon. We’re located on the north side of Alluvial Avenue, midway between Chestnut and Willow. Several parking spaces are set aside near the landscaping for Visitors or Handicapped.

Please enter our sanctuary through the central double doors. Our Greeters, wearing rainbow-colored stoles, will welcome you and answer any questions that you may have.  They will offer you a name tag and the opportunity to sign up for our church email newsletter. Our greeters are also available after the service for any of your questions.

For additional resources, you may wish to read What is Unitarian Universalism or visit the Unitarian Universalist Association website.

Newcomers with Children
The care and education of your children are priorities at our church. Your Greeter will point you to our information table for our Religious Exploration programs. We have programming for pre-kindergarten through sixth grade. For older children, we have a Junior Youth Group (grades seven and eight) and a Senior Youth Group (grades nine through twelve).

Church School Procedures
Before the service, parents sign their children into Religious Exploration. Then, children attend church school classes until end of service. You are welcome to join with your children if they are anxious.

If you prefer to keep your children with you, they are welcome. If they get restless, the service is audible on speakers in the foyer where you can listen and supervise. Please remember all children over the age of two must keep masks on at all times.

After the service, parents go to the RE table and sign their children out. Parents are then responsible for overseeing their children in the play areas or children’s library. Junior and Senior Youth Groups meet at different times with their own special programs.
